Main Duties & Responsibilities :
- Take charge of Core Network survey,installation, commissioning, integration, acceptance of Huawei Core Network equipment.
- Provide technical support service to customer Core Network system.
- Provide the CoreNetwork planning and design according to customer requirements.
- Conduct the Acceptance Test with customers and provide quick response for customer enquiries.
- Perform problems isolation and product faults identification.
- Provide onsite support and troubleshooting.
- Conduct network and system audits or assessment.
- Provide Emergency Support for Huawei CoreNetwork.
- Interact with external and internal customer(s) during various stages of support and implementation.
- Provide L2/L3 Support on the network Troubleshooting and improve customer’s satisfaction.
Other Requirements (Skills, Experience, Quantifications, etc.) :
- Good English and easy to communicate.
